Maybe this should have played off old titles and have gone by the name "Escape by the Planet of the Apes." As it is, I really didn't see the "Rise of the Planet of the Apes," but merely the rise of the circumstances that could one day give rise to the Planet of the Apes! And sure, no R.McD. soundalike, but I did appreciate the riff on the character name.
