I find it very, very suspect when Bush says that he doesn't know her stance on abortion. He knows her shoe size but hasn't cared to ask that question once in the last 10 years? Really?

I think she is going to have problems getting confirmed. I think Harry Ried is being polite and pleasant right now as he watches the objections grow from the right. He doesn't have to say a thing right now.

Then again, that brings little comfort.
