Well since it has been about 20 years since I first heard the term pink taco referring to a vagina and in all that time I've only heard it in reference to a vagina (until first hearing about the restaurant a year ago or so) I find it really hard to believe they could have any other meaning in mind.

Wait until you learn what it means if you extend all four fingers of your hand and then use your thumb to hold back the ring finger.
