Hey Sam, guess what?

That software upgrade you've been preparing for, the one scheduled for the end of July?... yeah that one... the one we still haven't sent you training videos or study guides for?

Well, you see, it's like this... some planner with no discernable link to reality has decided we're going to do that upgrade over the Memorial Day weekend. Please make sure your people don't have any plans over the holiday weekend, 'cuz we're prolly gonna need 'em to work that Sunday and Monday. You'll probably want to let 'em know as soon as possible.

Oh yeah... those training vids? Yeah, well, we're not gonna be able to send those either. I can't really give you any guidance on training your people. See that's just not something movers and shakers that inhabit my level of the stratosphere have to worry about. That's why we have you.
