okay, here's my real answer-

BOMA (that's vote number two)
Mr. Souvlaki (in Tarpon Springs FL, one of many great Greek eateries)
Amura (Japanese, in Orlando)
There's a real good Indian place here but I don't know the name of it. (little help, MF?)
The Shed (Santa Fe, NM)
Taco Sal (Albuquerque NM)

I miss The Shed so much, I just yesterday ordered two jars of red enchilada sauce from them online. Can't wait!
