Not from my perspective. I can't explain it, but I have yet to see a woman that I think looks sexy with a cigarette in her mouth. It's not a smell thing, a health thing, a cigarette-breath thing. It's purely asthetic and for some reason that's beyond my comprehension, it looks completely unattractive to me.
