I simply can not sleep on my stomach. I've tried it and can never fall asleep that way. Weird.
I sleep on my side. There's this ritual I do before I fall asleep. I start on one side and then as I'm about to fall asleep, I have to turn to the other side first. Then I fall asleep.
I also sleep with a pillow under my head, one to hug and one betwixt my legs. (It's supposed to be good for your spine.)
