Odd Network problem

I ended up with the newer phone. It's the modem, not the router this time. I think it's dead. Someone told me Cox is not supporting the older modems, and I need to call and see if mine is on the replacement list.

I can connect to the wireless network but not get on the internet, even directly plugged in.
