While others may be able to provide better facts, I speculate that this is a salaried full-time position. The schedule is probably quiet extensive with a lot of travel involved. I doubt it is am "on-call" position because I imagine the schedule is quite detailed dar in advance. The key thing is to smile a lot and do plenty of "selling" of Disneyland.

This person cannot be named publicly as there are Disney prying eyes and we wouldn't want to jeopardize this person's position within the company. Suffice it to say that this person is Disney Ambassador personified with the spirit, enthusiasm, and knowledge to be a PERFECT ambassador.
