You're perfectly entitled to take any photos you want so long as you're not physically interfering and do it from property you are entitled to be on.
That is, after all, exactly what the news van is there to do. (Of course, that doesn't mean the police won't inappropriately harrass you about it or worse, but they haven't the right to stop you.) |
