My DSL went down for the first time in maybe 3 years tonight. I felt helpless, as I was in the middle of negotiating a behind-the-scenes eBay deal for a Wii with a guy in S. Pasadena. I had to use my old creaky laptop and the Apartment Complex LAN. Yeah, I know: real rough. Not everyone has internet floating around their building. Still, I was annoyed for few hours.

That laptop has a mushy keyboard.

We're down for 2-3 weeks, and due to the proximity of the Holidays, I suspect 3 weeks will be the closer target. On the plus side, we're one week down...
