I hope they're not trying to target the teen demographic, because using a song that came out before most of them where born is a pretty stupid way of going about it. On the other hand, we are talking about Disney executives here....

I'm into trying something different at all times, and I will probably check it out before it goes. What disappoints me, like the others have said, is the musical selection. I used to like the Chili Peppers - that is until Southern California radio stations decided to oversaturate the airwaves with their latest craptastic album. If there's anything positive, the ride might bring me back to a time when the Peppers were listenable to me, though chances are I will become instantly agitated at the first moments of Anthony Kiedis' voice.

Ugh.

Oooh. Imagine if they picked 'Give it Away' instead. Kids rocking out to "What I've got you've got to get it put it in you, what I've got you've got to get it put it in you..." at 26.7 miles per hour... Oy vey!

I thought 'Dani California' might be chosen for something. Best, 'Love Rollercoaster' that they covered and was in the 'Beavis & Butthead' movie.

I love the Peppers and their latest album is actually quite good. To me. I was just thinking about that today {how ironic} that I think that may be the best cd I purchased all year. Tops with She Wants Revenge.

Anywho, I was wondering if RHCP might show up for some kind of ceremony? Anyone know?

But, I don't ride those rides so I won't experience what ever it is they've done.
