Sounds good, a little further drive for me, but eqaully pleasant. Hmmmm, I smell a road trip as soon as the rain lets up.

In SF, speaking of pancetta, I need to go to Molinari's for a supply of this delightful, Italian treat. American smoked bacon it's not, but serve me a dish of pasta, with pancetta, garlic, cream and fresh peas and I am one happy girl. Sigh, not this month......

Hi had a Bacon and Cheese 3 egg Omlette this morning. I made it with crispy fried bacon, a touch of minced onion, and a blend of seven (count them, seven!) cheeses: Cheddar, Mozzerella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina, and Romano.

My house smells wonderful right now!


But rather than just brag, here's photos to share:






If you scratch and sniff the monitor, I think you'll be able to smell it!
