As in Long Beach City College? I don't get it. We don't call it LBC or Long Beach City. But, The OC didn't really capture life in Orange County either.

I looked it up on Local.Live. I couldn't see the front very well, but the back yard is huge!

I forgot to mention another improvement we made was adding two window ACs. We're taking those with us as well.

I took pics but now I have to upload them. There is also a rental house down the street from us (or up, actually) but it is across from the school. I took pics of that one too.
