Along the lines of "Dick Laurent is dead" from "Los Highway" really meaning "declarant is dead", i.e., the death of narrative, we might mentally repunctuate the title of this poem as "Dick. Oh, to me!"

But as Archibald McLeish said, "A Poem Should Not Mean, But Be," and this bes pretty good.
