Camping Swanking - June 28 - July 3 - Page 22

Oh my gosh this is so tempting.

I am planning to Greyhound out to San Antonio sometime in June (I am thinking about moving in with a friend out there...another story for another thread). What if I did that in late June and use a "Discovery Pass" to come out to Cali for camping?

A ccouple questions:

1. Would you be willing to have me come out for this?
2. I would have no camping supplies with me whatsoever. Would anyone be willing to share?
3. Should I just "Forget it" and come out another time?

I ask these questions since I am new to several of you and I have no idea what your comfort level is with me.

Great. The day after the Swanking I'm gonna be seeing News reports about a bear attacking a bunch of naked people who were having sex in the woods. "Sidecar's" have now been banned from National Forests...

Blankets are good for sex in the woods. Up against treetrunks is damn hot, but can be a wee bit uncomfortable (only afterwards, if everyone's otherwise enjoying themselves).

Oh, and sex in the woods is sooo much better if someone walks by.

You all have fun planning out all the minutia ... I'm going to spend my time finding someone to have sex with me in the woods.

Oh, I wouldn't put it quite that way. Perhaps Chris comes up short in comparison to the nearby Sequoias, but I wouldn't call it minutia exactly.

OK. Here's a ready-made camping equipment list. At least it is a god place to start until we figure out how to work off a shared document.

You mean there's an inflatable chapel? I know we'll be there on Sunday, but I think our souls are safe if we skip services.
