Why did Saturn design my car so rainwater collects on the trunk lid and then drips directly into the trunk when you open it? It's the lamest piece of engineering I've ever seen.

Why does my company deploy software before testing all the kinks and making sure the users are fully trained? And why do I even ask?

As a test engineer by trade...it's all the developers' and marketing people's fault.

No kidding. There was a "pilot" in a few offices and then I noticed more and more offices were showing up in the system. Sure, they told me, as the agents go through training they start using the new system. When was accounting asked to sign off on it? I asked. I didn't get an answer but at least no one laughed at me.

Now I'm getting my revenge. I e-mail them every day to tell them the latest stupid travel agent trick.
