All the episodes are available online (probably not a good sign.) You should check them out. It's got one of the actors from Arrested Development, as well.

Richter + Tony Hale made me really want to check this show out. The commercials made me really want to avoid it. Perhaps I'll watch a bit online in hopes that the marketing department just blows.

The commercials suck. The marketing department has no idea what to do with this show. I only watched it because the local tv gal said it was good, and she's generally correct. The supporting cast is amazing. Harve Presnell has the best lines. There was one about a wet nurse in last night's episode that had Ryan laughing so hard I couldn't hear the next few minutes of dialogue. Lots of if-you're-not-paying-attention-you'll-miss-it humor. And I loved the laptops in bed bit.
