Wow! Your thread title certainly lives up to it's name.

Luckily the Orange County unit of Time Warner Cable has been good to me. Installation went swimmingly & I've had no problems. In the next few weeks I'm dumping AT&T DSL and switching to TWC's Road Runner internet service.
