Along with menu planning, I think the discussion about tossables vs. cleanables is a perfect subject for this thread.
There's a certain mind-set believing its best to make as little trash as possible and do much more clean-up. And the reverse philosophy is accepted as best by a different mind-set. Let's take the example of paper plates vs. mess kits. If 20 people use their individual mess kits for 8 meals, that means cleaning mess kits 160 times. The alternative being 160 paper plates to dispose of. What do we think works best for the SwankCamp ... and why? |
