Hmm...I think I had a Packard Bell Legend. I think it was a 486 which seemed to be the latest thing for about 5 minutes. I wonder if that was the PC that served mainly as a paperweight after we purchased a new one? There was at least one machine that never got turned on again even though we left it on the desk.

We have an E-Machine from around 2000, I think. It's still going strong- not our main comp, but a fair backup one.
Anyone remember the TRS 80? I call it the 'Pong' of computers- it was the first one I used in college, way back in the day.  |
