Saw a "dream" on Sunday as I was leaving Disneyland. They had a horse and carriage come out and pick up the winning family at the tram stop and then took them over to the park in the carriage. I hadn't seen that one before.

I've also noticed I've never seen a car in the Guest of the Day prime parking space by the elevators.

So, today was the last clinic session. I was paired with another girl and the colossal jerk. When the evening was done, and the jerk had run to the bathroom, the attorney said how she thought us two girls had done a particularly good job this semester, both with the substantive law and the client interaction, and how she really hoped we were planning a career in IP law. And then the jerk, who thinks he knows everything, came back and she said that oh, we were just talking about post-graduation plans. Nothing about him being good at IP.

Sad day, my good buddy and co-worker is moving on to greener pastures (for him). We're all turning Vietnamese for lunch. Yes, it will be much quieter in our little corner of the office, but I will miss him greatly (and then he will try and recruit me, this I already know) But, not happening, the commute is to San Ramon for Pete's sake. no way.
