I'm not having a super bad day... Mine's just "blah."

I re-read the invitation I have for an awards banquet tonight, and I realize it's formal attire. I'm wondering if the dress I was going to wear will cut it. It's really a nice dress, but perhaps a bit too casual? I grabbed a couple of cocktail dresses I have.. so I guess we'll see what I end up with.

I'm really not in the mood for going out tonight.

....Only a 1/2 more hour.

Who am I fooling? I may start at 7:30, but I NEVER leave by 3:30 (the time I'm supposed to go home).

If I quit posting & reading celebrity gossip, I could actually whip all of my paperwork out of the door, lock up my office, and leave on time. But, you know, that ain't gonna happen. I'm still battling the tail-end of a death freakin' flu and have zero motivation.
