retrieve brush from dental tool retention area (the ugly red plastic cup by the sink)
wet brush remove paste cap apply modest amount of paste, squeezing from the bottom replace paste cap insert said brush INTO mouth before engaging drive system (an important step unless you relish wearing said paste to work or as 'hair gel') engage *makes Picard gesture* spit rinse clean brush return brush to assigned retention area
