While I can't find it in any of the currently posted articles, his source is Al Lutz, operator of Miceage. Al's info is generally pretty reliable in the sense that if Al's reporting it, it has actually been discussed at Disney. However, as with any Disney information that involves things that far in the future, there's a fine line between actual plans and just kicking ideas around.
