OK. We need to revise the meal teams since too many people have dropped out. Also, I am going to cancel the reservation for Thursday and Monday nights - all sites - and probably cancel one of the 5 sites. HOWEVER, we need to figure out how many cars we will have and who is carpooling.
If I can cance these ressies relatively soon, our cost PP will probably go down. So, now's the time to start revisiting our planning. Cars first, meal teams second. |
