Thanks for the links! {I actually may have that magazine...hubby subscribes}
I am not in training for any event in particular. I just want to be able to do it. Confidently. The closest thing I've run recently was what I think to be a 3 mile loop, run walking it. {run 3 minutes, walk 2} completing it in about 35 minutes. I felt good after and really want to do it more. The Disney run sounds perfect. {well, the Disney part }
