Halloween Decor Ideas

I got a cute idea from my grocery store last year... they had piled a bunch of soda 12-packs up about 4' high, and sticking out the top of the pile were two masts with sails hanging from them. Funny, it was so simple in its execution, but really gave the impression of a pirate ship sticking up out of the floor. I keep thinking I could replicate that on my front lawn using 3' tall cardboard to create the ship's "sides" (complete with cannon ports, naturally). But thus far, haven't gotten around to it.
