I wasn't a chihuahua fan until my friend (named Lisa!) brought over Dixie, a cute little longhair chi. Dixie started playing with Mellie (our very large and pathetically playful Akita/Aussie shep mix) and it was the sweetest thing ever- they chased each other around the kitchen island, then Dixie tried to drag away one of Mellie's brontosaurus bones. Mellie and Dixie are now best friends and have play dates all the time. I'll have to get a pic and post it!

Abe is a keeper- he's got it going!
