Our phones and internet keep blipping out due to power issues. Driving me nuts. Plus I don't bloody feel like working, so I've gotten nothing done all day, but my websurfing record is probably a mile long. Terrible.

I have so much smaller a pool of agents to recruit from now, they're dropping like flies! People who did 5 million in gross sales last year, not even making the 3 million cutoff mark for me to recruit them.

Your IT dept should be making sure this stuff is on battery back-up. That's one of the reasons I couldn't leave. Stuff kept blipping because our battery back-ups weren't working as they should. Tell them to check the battery back up of their switch.

Since you sell homes...is the market not doing so good this time of the moth? I hear it is difficult to sell homes right now.

It's been slow as I understand, but I hear the market in SoCal's been burning through inventory over the last couple of days, so it might be heating up.
