They already do that at local races(Criteriums) It's usually about 50 yards for kids.

I already noticed some of the effects on the rider GC. You could tell how the rides were in the mountains, it just seemed more spread out this last year.

These course and policy changes are excellent N.A. I could not agree more with the organizers. This is a big step, but it also seems like the racing will be anyones race. Cantador needs to refine himself, he is a champion, but he needs too polish his skills in the Time Trials if he wants too win again.
