Yeah, no kidding! I thought about trying to scrape up enough to buy Alex a laptop for Christmas since he currently either uses mine or has to go upstairs to his ancient (ancient!) Mac. Except:

1) He'd kill me for spending $400 on him right now
2) It isn't the computer he wants, he wants a newer, reconditioned Mac (still 2 grand)
3) Did I mention he'd kill me for spending $400?
4) Technically, he's right... I can't afford to spend that on him.
5) And he'd kill me

I'm consumed with lust, too, but I can't do it. I just spent lots of money on me last week. Disney goodies galore, so I can't do it...should not do it...but want terribly to do it!

Speaking of intuition - I am selling my old phone and all the accessories on eBay. My BIN price is not unreasonable for what it is; neither is my starting offer. I received a message asking me to lower the BIN price by $50 because they feel it's to high. I'm not going to, and I want to reply that they can BIN for what I am asking or bid. They are new (2 feedback this month) but I have a bad feeling about it. I had a bad feeling before I saw that they had only had a 2 rating.

I'm sitting on my reply until I can decide if I want to block the user from bidding. I have a feeling that there are going to be payment problems if she wins.

I swear, the people visiting the park this week are amongst the most annoying a**holes I've ever dealt with - and that's coming from a guy who's worked in theme parks for over 10 years.
