It is (or was) a sort of amber red brown with bits of honey blond in it. Now, there are large chunks of gray that are multiplying like maggots. I despise gray hair on me. I think there are a few people that can pull it off successfully, but I am not one of them. Besides, I like my current hair color and I like the fact that I can change it at will.
