New Years a hard ticket at DL or DCA?

Well when New Years Eve falls on a weekend the place is even more packed. I think it was last year if i recall they did close the gates around 1pmish i think we had been there since opening then took a break around 10am and went back in around 12:45pm i think and then stayed the remaining day and evening. SO looking forward to lines to nowhere and insane crowds it's more fun than Times Square. What better place to ring in the new year.

I had fun the one time we did NYE at DL. We had a great spot in front of the castle.

I was just talking to a coworker who went last year, and she said the same thing. At about 2pm they were cautioned that if they left DL they would not be let back in. They wanted to go to DCA for the music going on there but they couldn't leave.
