Finally, something good comes from replacing the parking lot with DCA.

Yes, one side's view will suck (even moreso in Tomorrowland than in the Esplanade ... but at least there will be something to look at there besides finding your own car).

From the article in the OC Register:

Bench seats will face the windows, allowing visitors a full view of the parks, Downtown Disney and the Disneyland Hotel. The capacity and speed will remain the same.
