Yup. Driving from OC to Vegas isn't horrible (if you don't leave on a Friday during rush hour). I do it a few times a year.

Though for anyone thinking of doing it, be aware that the CHP is upping their patrol on the flat, straight stretch of the 15 all the way out to State Line - looking for speeders, drunk drivers and people not wearing seat belts.

Amazon's got some Here. A bottle lasts a pretty long time. For Blue Cheese I usually get Shaft's brand but no reason any other wouldn't work.

Is the honey any less expensive at Bristol Farms? (Hahah, yeah right, right?)

No it's I think $15.99 at Bristol Farms (and a different brand than pictured but looks very similiar). You kind of mush up the blue cheese and drizzel the honey over it. So you don't use a ton of honey. I'd say I geat about 8-10 blocks of blue cheese per jar of honey.

The honey is sweet and the cheese is sharp somehow making a very yummy taste.

Or, for a hundred bucks round trip, you could do this.

I did it and it was actually pretty cool. Free snacks and drinks, onboard bathroom and movies.
