The last rate increase went into effect on May 17, 2007. See Alex's comments about the USPS being able to increase rates annually commensurate with inflation.

Thing is about the cool stamps - they come in books. I bought pretty flower ones for a baby shower a few months back and now we have leftovers.

If they are going to up the price every fricking year, all stamps sold should be forever stamps, IMHO.
