I love that this show still manages to shock and horrify me

Is the time rift large enough that the helicopter could disappear for a day? Did they land elsewhere? They can't be dead, Sayiid lives, and of course the helicopter has to rescue 6 of them.

Locke is losing it, big time.

I didn't listen to Jack's courtroom story too closely after the first part, need to go back for that.
