Damn, maybe I should have waited until I was as fat as Jared from Subway to start this. I could have been the Jared of the Wii! And now I'm rollerblading 4 days a week, playing soccer. So yeah, this feels like a pretty major lifestyle change for me. It's definitely the longest I've committed myself, and it's getting easier to maintain as I go. Hope that lasts.
