For the Non- FB'ers out there, My first week's weigh in at Weight Watchers yielded 3 lbs lost !!!!! Yay.

This time I will have to stick to it, and if I lose 1 Kg (2.2 lb) a week, I can be 89 Kg (196 lb) by the time we go. (and 190 lb is my ideal weight according to them)

THE Richard Simmons? *Faints*

I adored him when I was younger. I used to do the workouts on Telly with him. AND I played his "Reach" LP workout to death. He's a great singer !
