NA well i brought home a 1.5 gallon with a lid thankfully that i have taped down to the tank with a Beta fish in it. And Jovi the little demon child she is can stick her paw thru the little hole in the top lid (plastic see thru). I have caught her several times with her paw in the hole swatting at the fish and yes her paws got wet...lol she is non stop at it at times...lol So you definitely want a tank with a strong lid for the kitties...lol

And they have left Beauty (hamster) alone lately it's Gina the rat they are more interested in. The other day i held up Gina to Jovi and she was all teeth at her lmao...

Jovi will "guard" the fish tank though...lol
