yes, but if they move out of state, the wouldn't have to charge CA tax. Not to mention permits and everything would be cheaper. Of course, I don't know if they would have the same steady supply of actors and actresses if the industry moved to Utah or wherever.

So little of the lotto money goes to anything useful, it makes me mad that they keep metioning it. I wondered if they just stopped doing the lottery entirely, how much people would save from not buying lottery tix?
