Actually, it would be easier to bring the condiments, buns and meat. Meats can be frozen and carry well through an earlier camping trip. Besides which, having just thrown a BBQ for my boyfriend's coworkers, I have plenty at hand.
But if people were interested in sharing some sides, that would rock. Otherwise, it's chips and baked beans for the LoT of ye. If someone's dying to bring a specific kind of meat with them, go ahead, I'm sure it'll get eaten, but I'll be providing basics.
