Not to start next year's planning thread right now ... but I wanted to throw out a good suggestion I heard while I remember it.
Howzabout we do away with the Team Breakfast and accept the fact that we are always going to have some variation or other of eggs and bacon? If we standardize breakfast to that, plus maybe some variable sides, we can perhaps have an early "seating" for those who want to get out to nature in the lovely morning, and a later seating for the sleep-in crowd. Better yet, we could have delicious garbage eggs every single morning, using the leftovers from the night before. That would make every breakfast yummy and avoid the nearly obsene leftover glut we had this year at camp's end. Just sayin'  |
