You can't beat a Latex Rubber mattress. Get one made with Latex Internationals Talalay Latex. This material feels soft but is actually very supportive. Unlike spring mattresses, which must be firm in order to be supportive(which is why they add the pillow tops to soften, even though pillow tops never last as long as the base support), latex is available in several firmnesses(called ILD's) and no pillow top will be required. Latex mattresses can be custom built for you by a local foam supplier for hundreds less than they cost at a retail mattress store fyi ![]()
