Maybe a wiki-thingy would help (you can put a spreadsheet of who's interested, and what date they would know for sure by..
and if there were 8 people interested, and the booking was cancelled for whatever reason, 1/8 of $150 is only a loss of $18.75 per person - I don't think anyone sharing the booking would leave you all alone to bear the cancellation fee if it came to that. How do you create those sWizzle stIKI things ?
