I finally digitized all the video from Sunday, so I grabbed one from a still-remaining stack in my "low priority" basket. Turns out that it's from our wedding (thanks Goonie!). I just logged it. And, I've been desperately longing to hear my mom's voice for months now, and there she was - her entire toast was caught on video, and I didn't even know it. I got to hear her say "I love you", and it's just too awesome to describe. I now feel like she's still with me and always will be.
It reminds me of why I love what I do - capture the moments of a lifetime forever. |
