When did they add instant replay to the judging arsenal for gymnastics?

First, judges on the floor give initial scores. Then the head judge can authorize a second look in which a gymnast's scores can be devalued or increased based on slow motion or regular speed replays.

Even after that, I'm guessing it still isn't going to "fix" the judging problems.

I cheated. I looked at the final results on line - then went to bed. I can't stay up to 1:00 am then get up at 6. My body will scream.
