Remember the old adage "Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it"?
Take a peek at the latest track for Tropical Storm Fay:  If this track holds not only will our drought get busted, but there will be some awfully terrible flooding in Georgia. Reminds me of Tropical Storm Alberto in 1994. We just moved into our new house and it rained for days and days. as the remnants rotated around the Southeast for ten days. It opened the flood gates and we had rain, each day from July 2nd, to Labor Day (or so it seemed anyway). |
