And I HATE it when I forget that I'm doing it...stop at a red light...and then look over and get the "She's crazy look!" from the driver of the car next to me.

Oh, I talk to myself ALL the time. Not just in the "reading off a mental list of things to do/remember" way. But in the "full on conversation complete with arguing with myself" way. (Most of this happens in the car.)
